This video right here proves exactly why I am a opponent of these anti-sagging laws that are going around. We as young black males know this is only a “gateway” law to harass not just black males but really anyone that outwardly appears to be apart of the medias definition of “Urban/Hip Hop Culture”. As people in Winston-Salem and across the nation continue to rage against the “style” of guys wearing sagging pants, a Florida judge is actually getting somewhere in fighting the problem.



Circuit Judge Daniel Perry said he didn’t want to see people “with their rear ends hanging out” of their jail-issue pants, and ordered some of the offenders to change into better-fitting pants, according to news reports.
