Suburb Passes On Sagging Pants Ban

Midlothian, Ill. (WLS) — Baggy pants can still be a fashion statement in southwest suburban Midlothian.
Village officials have decided not to adopt an ordinance that would ban them.
Last summer, Lynwood enacted a law that imposed a $25 fine on anyone showing 3 inches or more of their underwear in public. Midlothian was considering a similar law, but Wednesday night, village officials announced that they had abandoned the idea.
Officials in Sauk Village are considering adopting the measure. They are awaiting the outcome on a similar case before the Illinois Supreme Court.

I don’t like to see anybody with pants hanging so low that you see they whole ass, but that’s their preference. It look good to an extent on some people, but some it don’t and it don’t look good too low. But hey- to each his own. Nobody has a right to tell anybody how and what to wear, it’s nobody’s business. If they do that, then they need to pass a law with the females havin most of their breast out. What’s the difference? Nothin, but im sure the men would love to look at that so they don’t wana say nothing about the females. Who ever made this law was wastin their time, they need to take their efforts and try to capture all these damn pedophiles runnin the streets, and spend more time with these old ass men, tryna have sex with young girls and young boys!! Who gives a damn about “saggy pants” to an extent where a law should be passed? Nobody should……Put your time and efforts toward something usefull
